- Process payments and send receipts
- Generate AI-powered label audit reports
- Assist with FDA facility registration guidance

Label images and audit data
Label images you upload are processed by our AI system to generate compliance reports. We may retain audit results (scores, issues, recommendations) to improve our service. We do not sell your label images or audit data to third parties.
FDA registration data
Information you provide in the FDA registration flow is used solely to assist with your facility registration. This data is shared with your designated account manager to facilitate the registration process. We do not share this information with the FDA directly — nothing is submitted without your explicit review and approval.
Data sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information with:
- Service providers — including Stripe (payments), Supabase (database), Anthropic (AI processing), and Netlify (hosting)
- Your account manager — for FDA Assist and Premium subscribers
- Law enforcement — when required by law or to protect our rights
Data retention
We retain your account information and audit history for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us at hello@enterclear.com.
Security
We take reasonable measures to protect your information, including encrypted connections (HTTPS), secure database storage, and access controls. No method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
